The P.T. Tree is named after my Brother-in-law Phil Tremmel. Phil and I were working at the shop trying to figure out how we could make a base for this particular small tree. Phil grabbed a hand full of metal rods and pointed out that if we had something to in case the rods we may be able to fold the rods outward, creating a small tree with its own stand. So we searched the bone yard (southern for scrap pile) and found an old floor jack handle, just the perfect size to circle the rods, and began cutting and welding.
Well, to make a long story short you see the outcome to the left. I decided since it was Phils idea and design for this particular Bottle Tree then it would be only fitting that the tree be named after him. Hence: The P.T. Bottle Tree was born. Thanks Phil - Bottle Tree Bob
